June Show Vendor Rules 

•Booth locations are assigned first in the order that applications are received.
• A current seller’s permit is required by the State for anyone selling any item. You are responsible for collecting your sales tax.
• Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. All vendors must stay within size restrictions and may not infringe on walkways, fire lanes or neighboring booths. Booth spaces will be held only with payment of fees.
• You are expected to have your booth open on both days. 
• There are no refunds after May 31, 2024. 
• Application deadline May 31, 2024. However, space is limited and there are few cancellations. 

• All sales transactions are between the buyer and the seller. AGSEM has no interest in such transactions and are in no way responsible. 
• Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs and awnings, if needed. 
• All booths must be set up by 8:30 am each day of the show.
• There is no parking on the Museum grounds whatsoever the day of the event; you must finish unloading and return your vehicle to the designated parking lot by 8:30am. If handicap parking is needed, contact the museum office and a parking pass will be issued. 
• Security: Goods left at your booth overnight are left at your discretion, AGSEM is not responsible for them. 
• You may not transfer your space to any other persons not named on this agreement without prior approval. You may share your space with another group or vendor.
• If you wish to bring animals as part of your display, please contact the Museum for additional requirments.
• Please include with this application a description of items to be sold. Also include pictures or brochures if available. 
• AGSEM reserves the right to deny any application.
• All articles offered for sale or sold must be removed from the grounds at the close of the show. Articles left on the grounds after the show shall become property of the Museum and may be disposed of with the proceeds going to the Antique Gas & Steam Engine Museum.

Vendors may setup beginning at 7am both days of show.
